Websoft’s premier application – Websoft FacilitiesMap – provides advanced GIS and facilities management through standard web browsers giving local and remote users access to robust, enterprise-grade GIS without the need for individually-licensed software or expensive workstations. The robust Websoft FacilitiesMap framework can be used with ArcGIS Server 9.3, Autodesk MapGuide Enterprise, or Open Source software. FacilitiesMap software has been deployed to numerous clients within the last seven years including municipalities, utility districts, and county and state agencies. Upon this GIS strength, Websoft has developed several different applications that provide enhanced productivity, management, and control for government agencies. Websoft offers optional integration of each of these applications with the Websoft FacilitiesMap software to produce robust systems that include both an application and GIS component. Websoft DISTRICT
Websoft DISTRICT simplifies Special District Financing by allowing finance agents to manage all aspect of their special districts including supporting information, budgeting, document management, bonds, and taxation.
Websoft WORKFLOW
Websoft WORKFLOW simplifies project management by allowing administrators to define any internal workflow in terms of processes, tasks, and decision points. Projects can be assigned one or more processes with process tasks having specific owners and timelines which can be reassigned by supervisors. Our customers use this application to track everything from parade planning to buoy permitting to notice of occupation.
Websoft LAND
Websoft LAND simplifies land management by providing the ability for government agencies to manage the acquisition, disposal, contracts, and accounting for agency-owned land and sovereign waters. Websoft LAND allows land administrators to quickly locate, view, and manage vital land information such as easements, permits, inspections, and improvements.
Websoft FOG
Websoft Developers simplifies sanitary sewer source control by providing an innovative method for Sanitary Sewer Agencies to manage the Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) and other restricted influents placed in their system by commercial users. Websoft FOG tracks permitting, inspections, pumping, sampling, and violations.

Websoft SSMP simplifies sanitary sewer management by offering a collection of features that allow sanitary agencies to not only comply with California’s Sewer System Management Plans (SSMP) required by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) but also other local, state, and federal regulations. Through capabilities such as hotspot identification, CCTV integration, overflow tracking, and condition assessment, Websoft SSMP provides a single source for regulatory compliance.
